As global businesses all along the energy supply and use chain focus on the opportunities presented by renewable energy sources and energy efficiency they are developing cutting edge responses to existing market constraints ( including legal ones) and to the growing demand for sustainability. These responses are being incorporated into overall management plans. The ABA has assembled a panel of experts on this subject from both the business and non-profit sectors, which will discuss the current corporate interest in clean energy and sustainability, the nature of the renewables market, and the business community responses to the resultant opportunities presented.

AS A COURTESY, ALL REGISTRANTS (host firm attendants as well as telephone participants) WILL RECEIVE THE DIAL-IN INFORMATION PRIOR TO THE CALL IN AN EMAIL.

Cost: $ 20.00 for all participants except for government employees, full time students and full time faculty for whom there will be no charge. If you are attending in person there will be no additional fee. If you are calling in for the conference call, you will be charged for your long distance charges by your carrier.

CLE Credits

Attendees at the Atlanta, Cedar Rapids, New York, Portland ME, Portland OR, and certain other host firm locations will be eligible for CLE credit from the host firms. Please check with your Host Firm for availability of CLE credits.

New York State CLE credits are now available through the Pace Law School Center for Continuing Legal Education.
-- If you are participating by teleconference and you would like NYS CLE credits please choose that as an option when you register.
-- There is an additional $30 fee regardless of your affiliation.
-- You must listen during the call for the ‘Course Code’.
-- Please download the Attorney Affirmation form to fill out (including the Course Code) and fax as directed on the form within 14 days of the teleconference.
-- A Certificate of Attendance will not be issued without a signed and dated Attorney Affirmation .
